Hello there! I am a freelance illustrator and designer, specializing in children's book illustration and design. I love all things art-related, and I spend my spare time reading and writing about illustration, design, and the creative process. Check out my blog here.

I earned my certificate in children's book illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2007, and also studied illustration at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Additionally, I hold BA and EdM degrees in the arts from Wellesley College and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, respectively.

I am an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. I enjoy attending both local and national SCBWI conferences to meet my fellow children's book illustrators and writers, and take part in a regional SCBWI critique group.

I am also the owner and artist of Treat Street Designs, for which I create unique, custom illustrated invitations and stationery for clients.
